I am a committed high achiever with an academic background in finance and economics. I have skills and experience in customer-centric aspects of the finance industry. I am intent on working in companies/environments in which these skill sets match.  I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. This coupled with my rapid and adaptive personality makes it easy to immerse myself in a new work environment and thrive. I have 4 years of experience in the customer service industry. I started out at a microfinance bank where I handled customer-oriented tasks including teller and cashier roles. I later moved on to product sourcing, feedback management, and portfolio creation at my current position.

I have a bachelor's degree in economics and finance. I am currently looking to get certified as a financial and investment analyst and will be pursuing a master's degree in the finance sector as well.
