I am a self-driven ,skilled collaborator, solution -oriented professional and an effective cross-functional communicator. I am a good listener and learner,  able to motivate and direct my talents and skills to meet objectives. I always seek to achieve a high standard in whatever work I undertake. I am well organised with a clear and positive approach to problem solving.

I am very capable for this position since I  have previously worked as a customer care agent  in a call center at CCI Kenya and also  in different franchise agencies under Safaricom plc and I also have experience in marketing and front office in a water company and also hotel industry.

I attended gladpoint college for my computer studies I  joined Zetech to pursue my diploma in media studies but unfortunately I was unable to complete my studies due to various reasons .
