Currently am a staff at CCI Kenya I have worked in customer service department for the past four years in different campaigns zuku outbound and inbound, I have done transcription for AV Swahili which involves converting a speech or recording into a written or electronic text document, currently am working under Absa Timiza general customer service.

I have a bachelor degree in hospitality management from mount Kenya university.
