Diagracious Ebirenget

Am Diagracious Ebirenget, I live in Kisumu. I did Bachelor of commerce specialized in purchasing and supplies chain management. I have one and half years experience in procurement. Am self motivated with a positive attitude towards my career life. 

Here are my skills and what am capable of doing:

Proficient in multitasking 

Computer, excel and Microsoft suite, proficient too in inventory management software.

Strong negotiation skills and understanding risk management.

Typing skills, report writing and impeccable time-management.

Ability to quickly adapt well to change and respond positively to challenge and pressure.

Good communication, problem solving skills and analytical and strategic thinking skills. 

I have been working in Kaimosi Friends University for one and half years as a procurement assistant. While I was there I fulfilled doing these responsibilities:

·       Assisted the procurement officer in all stores and procurement aspects.

·       Inventory and stores management.

·       Coordinated and analyzed all supply chain systems and shipments to ensure goods and services are delivered on time.

·       Developed and maintained relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.

·       Gathered information and create monthly reports from all departments improving 48% service productivity.

·       Presented reports to the procurement officer, relaying information from heads accurately.

·       Negotiated complex corporate procurement contracts by working closely with internal and external contacts.
