I am Moses Cliff, a hospitality professional with seven years of experience in various hospitality industry sectors. I have a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management, pursued an MSc in Hospitality Management, attended multiple pieces of training, and gained research experience in hospitality service experience. I have worked in the hotel sector and academia in hospitality management. My experiences in the hospitality sector have sharpened my technical and customer relations skills. I am looking for a position that involves guest relationship management and customer care. 

I have a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management and currently pursuing an MSc in Hospitality Management. I have worked in the hospitality industry at various levels, including hotels and hospitality learning institutions. I also have research experience in hospitality service experience. My experience has taught me excellent customer relations and etiquette, among other technical skills. 

I specialize in Hospitality Management. Hospitality Management involves meeting guests' needs in various sectors, hotels, customer service companies, tour agencies, etc. Generally, it primarily concerns satisfying customer needs.
