I have workd at a network operations center for Airtel for almost two years now where we handle customer related issues and make sure they have a stable internet connection. I also do field work relating to installations, integrations and support mostly.
Experience
I have greatly indulged myself in the networking industry where my primary job is to ensure connectivity to customers and coordination with the office and other engineers.

I studied BSC Commerce at the Catholic University of East Africa where I majored in accounting.
