I have been passionate about teaching and helping others since my early years in high school. I have three years of teaching experience instructing learners with diverse backgrounds. I am also successful at boosting achievement, having increased average performance in Geography and Kiswahili in the institutions I have worked as a teacher. I am enthusiastic and hardworking with excellent teaching skills, an expert communicator with experience bringing together diverse departments, and with a proven record of performance and am results-oriented. I am T.S.C registered (No. 982592), a graduate of Scott Christian University having a Bachelor's degree in Education.

Furthermore, I love teaching as a whole, and I can testify that it is one of the best things ever. I employ many teaching methodologies in my lessons, but I will discuss just a few. One of them is the lecture method which many teachers commonly utilize. I like the method because it can usually help my students and me cover a lot of work quickly. However, I only prefer to use it while teaching students who have already understood the main concept, making it easier to move faster. The second method is Demonstrator. This is a very good method or style to use because students love it so much due to the fact that it is student-centered and allows them to come up with problem-solving strategies. They can ask questions and simulate what they have just learned. The last but not least method is the Facilitator method. Here, I normally cease to be a teacher for some time and just appreciate the role of being a facilitator. I normally encourage inquiry-based learning where students can ask questions and discuss real-world class studies. I like this method because it helps students develop self-sufficiency. Above all, I like creating a very interactive environment conducive to teaching and learning.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education Arts Geography and Kiswahili. I have been registered as a Teacher by the Teachers Service Commission o Kenya. I also teach Swahili on online platforms as a part-time job.
