• Assisting in preparation of defaulter notice for taxpayers who have defaulted the payment plan agreement.

•  Ensure data quality through data correction and generation of payment registration numbers (PRNs). 
• Assist taxpayers in reversal of erroneous penalties and checking on debt status for refunds.
• Issuing agency notices to banks or other financial bodies for hardcore debts.

• Successfully updated 5 data report files of the clients who reported to the probation office as ordered by the probation officer based on the information obtained during such reports and organized them simultaneously starting with the initial reporting day.
