I am a monitoring and evaluation specialist with over 6 years of practical work experience in monitoring and evaluation principles and data analytics. Over the years, I have had great interest in developing performance management systems that create an environment for result-based management, performance measurement and strategic planning that have innovatively solved organisational needs and build processes and systems that set up opportunities for growth. I have also developed the art of effective communication that maintains effective working relationships.

As a dedicated professional in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I am passionately committed to promoting effective and efficient development interventions. I firmly believe that robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems are essential for ensuring that resources are used wisely and that programs achieve their intended outcomes. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems. I have a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and I have experience in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, data collection tools, and data analysis plans. I have also worked extensively in the field, and understood the importance of building relationships and trust with partners. I am adept at communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Ultimately, my goal as an M&E specialist is to contribute to the creation of more effective, efficient, and sustainable development programs.
