Collins Omollo

A motivated and results-driven professional with a background in Criminology and Security Studies and over three years’ experience as a Probation Officer. I am passionate about promoting justice, rehabilitation, and security through both traditional methods and the integration of digital solutions. My experience spans offender supervision, counselling, case management, and collaboration with law enforcement agencies, as well as security operations and surveillance during my attachment at Kenya Railways. 

I thrive in dynamic environments that demand integrity, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in digital tools, I am committed to advancing my career in correctional services, security management, and technology-driven justice reforms while contributing meaningfully to community safety and development.

I have experience in probation supervision, offender rehabilitation, and counselling, as well as security management and surveillance, including CCTV monitoring and guard supervision. My skills include report writing, incident documentation, and conducting pre-sentence assessments alongside effective case management. I possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, am proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and bring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to my work.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Security Studies from Egerton University, where I graduated with Second Class Honours, Upper Division. I have also earned the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) certification from Computer Pride, which equipped me with strong computer skills. Additionally, I completed my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) at Dagoretti High School, attaining a B– grade.
