I hold a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi.
I have 5 years of experience working as a Direct Sales Representative at KCB and Kimisitu Investments where I worked directly with consumers to help form good relationships between the bank and its clients. Working in sales has helped to fine tune my customer service skills; I have learnt how to create a pleasant environment where clients feel relaxed.
I can take care of any product related problems clients. My communication and negotiation skills are unmatched. My skills in building long-term relationships with diverse cadres of clients have proven efficient in creating trust and building confidence in the bank. Clients and investors need to know that you do have their best interest in mind; I have the skills to make it happen. I have the skills to retain information and the ability to learn about your products in order to have the knowledge to serve clients better and to represent the institution better. I have experience using computer software to gather and share data.
