I have acquired competencies over the years and this has made me improve my skills in general Administration, recruitment and selection, performance management, staff training and development, compensation and benefits management, Staff welfare, Human Resource reporting, conflict management and Grievance handling. Some of the roles I have handled in the course of my work engagements include; Recruitment and selection of employees, leave management, managing a performance appraisal system, training of new starters and coordination of monthly trainings, management of personnel files.
