Chrispory Juma

A highly self-motivated and dynamic Public Health Specialist with more than twelve-years’ experience of working with multi- cultural teams within development and emergency contexts, dedicated to the inclusive improvement of communities’ health, WASH, livelihoods and nutrition status.

I have over 12-years hands-on experience in designing, implementing and managing development and emergency programs in both the private and public sectors divided between Kenya and South Sudan, covering thematic areas such as PHC, SRH, Nutrition and WASH and Inclusive Eye Health; building an expertise base in health systems strengthening, advocacy, community engagement, capacity development, monitoring and evaluation and documentation. I am also well-grounded in new business development, proposal writing and fundraising. Key donors that I have experience of working closely with include the Australian Aid, UKAID, WHO, ECHO, UNICEF and Italian Development Corporation.

A B.Sc. in Environmental Health and currently pursuing a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Health Promotion and International Health
