I am a certified routing and switching associate with technical expertise and skills in networking concepts, deploying and maintaining LAN infrastructure, networking protocols, open shortest path first (OSPF), GPON Fiber infrastructure, Avaya PBX telephony, cloud infrastructure including VMware and disaster recovery management. I possess exceptional problem solving, creative thinking and analytical skills as well as diagnostic abilities with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Avaya IP PBX Implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the Voice Systems in Enterprise setup using Issabel system and SIP services for client data center hosting.

 Conferring with network users on solving issues with current networks by troubleshooting of IP network issues in a timely manner, with an SLA compliance of 100% for priority issues.

  VMWare Network and Server Virtualization design, setup, troubleshooting and maintenance for the on-site and cloud applications. 

Scheduling of Nakivo backup and replication job for the disaster recovery site and testing of failover. 

Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
