Charity Mkakina

I am a Computer Science student passionate about cloud computing and cybersecurity. I’m organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively between studies and work. I enjoy learning new technologies and contributing to team goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

I have hands-on experience leading peer study groups and contributing to community tech initiatives such as the AWS User Group Kenya and Women in Tech at KCA University. Through academic projects, I’ve developed and deployed cloud-based applications using AWS services like S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch. My experience reflects strong leadership, mentorship, time management, and adaptability to flexible schedules while balancing studies and technical responsibilities.

Bachelor of Science in Information Security and Forensics, KCA University (2023–2026), with additional AWS Cloud Computing training focused on cloud systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
