It gives me joy and warmth to welcome our clients and making them feel welcomed and appreciated to the point where they will re-visit the organization. My utmost goal is for the visitors to feel welcome, needed and therefore, treat them with utmost respect. I also believe and know that front office is the first office that the visitor visits and first impressions matter. With that said, the core to every reception is the ability to satisfy clients by offering the needed assistance within the shortest time possible.
