I am a neutral and in dependent advisor to my executive who enables day to day management routines. I oversee office transport operations, Maintained the CEO's office, appointed schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel, Screened and managed visitors to the corporate office as well as Planning itinerary from travel documents such as insurance, visas, tickets. I organized meetings and manage database, supervise and monitoring the work of administrative staff. I manage office budgets, support the senior management team in follow-up of action points as well as assist in preparing programmatic meeting materials and facilitation of the program’s inventory needs to ensure effective implementation of company projects.
