I am writing to you regarding customer experience executive opening.I have worked in various media stations as a consultant and also in a call center as a call agent. My one role in the station`s sales sector was to find potential clients who can be partnered with in a tv/radio commercial ads.
I also interacted with customers when working as a call agent, whereby, I used to receive calls from them seeking solutions to problems they faced. I have developed some useful experience regarding phone manners and ability to handle angry customers and I believe I can add value to your company by offering new ideas for the sake of growth and achieving goals and also surpassing your targeted objectives. - Attending to calls and emails regarding products and services related queries.

My work experience in those areas has helped boost my communication skills. I have also gained knowledge on how to upsell services and goods to potential clients. Besides, I am focussed and I do best at handling customer`s inquiries and issues. I am quick to learn new things and adapt to new working environment.

I have in KAKUZI plc as a trainee in 2017 and also practised managerial roles. I have worked in call centre international in 2023 as a call representative and also as a sales consultant in Kamba TV in 2020.
