I am a 24year old male with a drive to learn more. I recently finished my Diploma in Civil Engineering and later on took up a short course in Customer service.
I have worked at a busy call center as a customer service representative for ZUKU Fiber under Techno Brain BPO ITES Limited and iSON xperience. I worked under their retention and acquisition team, and here I can proudly say that I was able to not only retain their existing clients but also acquire new clients for the company. Additionally, I have excellent business acumen; I was able to provide a good customer experience as well as upsell their products and services. I am highly motivated and have the ability to boost sales
Lastly, I am good at research skills, which enables me to identify any competition and come up with new ways that could improve your business. With this information, I can come up with new strategies to boost sales and improve customer interaction with products.
