guidance to line repotees, offering HR policy guidance and interpretation, analyzing and 
managing staffing needs, supervising, evaluating and coaching employees and assisting in the 
preparation of departmental budgets and expenses.
My focus now is to secure a position where my experience and dedication to improving employee
