I am an enthusiastic and professional lady. Currently in the role of Workforce Specialist with experience in a wide range of office administration tasks. I am able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team. I have a successful record of prioritizing and scheduling tasks, fielding phone calls, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between departments.
Experience
In my current role as Workforce Specialist at Majorel Kenya, I act as the primary gateway between our global clients and our Operations team, ensuring our large team of seven hundred employees focuses on the tasks that require their attention. In this way we have met our global contractual agreements since I joined the company in September 2022.
Additionally, I harness my communication and interpersonal skills to liase between departments, scheduling trainings, team buildings, team meetings and global conference calls. Because of my ability to multitask, I am entrusted with keeping minutes for such meetings.
I worked as a Personal Assistant for the CEO of Crossroads Limited for nearly four years where I carried out market research, maintained official correspondence, screened telephone calls, organized the CEO’s diary, scheduled appointments, organized meetings and took down minutes, made travel arrangements, attended to visitors, organized and maintained office systems and stood in for the CEO when he was absent.
Education
I have a Bachelors of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa combined with a certificate in Counselling Psychology from The Amani Counselling Centre and Training Institute. This makes me a rational open minded individual with the ability to view circumstances wholly in search for the best solution available.
