In my role as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, I have developed strong empathetic, listening and communication skills, which enables me to understand client concerns from different perspectives and provide effective solutions. My experience as a Loan Officer at Premier Credit Limited further enhanced my ability to interact with diverse clients, manage sensitive financial matters, and strengthen my organizational and administrative skills, including typing and document handling.

Additionally, during my tenure as a Customer Care Representative and Debt Collector at Tenspot in Nairobi, I was responsible for negotiating payment plans, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. These roles required resilience, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service qualities.
 

I was a very enthusiastic student always willing to learn new things and sure enough I learnt alot. I was able to work with fellow students and achieved alot in my three years of study.
