Experience
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years, handling 2 campaigns during my time at CCI Kenya. This was the eye-opener to the customer support world and I loved the values it taught me, this being patience, understanding and empathy, therefore improving my communication skills both in and out of work.

I have studied at KCA University, undertaking Bachelor of Commerce and majoring in Marketing.
