I have over 8 years of work experience, including my current role as an ICT Officer at the Kenya Meteorological
Department, where I am responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, configuring LAN and
WAN, and certifying ICT equipment. I previously worked as an ICT Officer at United Women's SACCO, where
I managed the network infrastructure and developed disaster recovery plans, and as a Level 1 Engineer at
Simplify IT Limited, where I troubleshot IT issues and managed hardware inventory for clients like Amadeus
East Africa as well as Symbion Kenya limited. I also worked as an IT Support Specialist at Sageo Technologies,
providing IT support to clients and resolving technical issues.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and
Technology, where I graduated with a Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in 2013, as well as a Diploma in
Information Technology. I have received numerous certifications, including Alison's Advanced Pivot Tables in
Excel (2023), WIGOS (2022), Technical Support Fundamentals (2021), Bitdefender Certified Technical
Specialist (2020), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (2018), Microsoft Certified Professional (2017), A+
and N+ (2010), and a City and Guilds certificate in I.V.Q in I.T System Support (2009).
