I am a talented, self-motivated and highly performing individual who is well equipped with knowledge, skills and appropriate attitude in the field of Sales and Marketing Management at large, concerned with identifying Consumer needs and wants in their various locations and provide solution to them.

I have completed degree in Business Management (Sales and Marketing option) from Mt. Kenya University. I also hold a diploma in the same field from Kenya Institute of Management Studies and certificate in Computer Packages from Africa Institute of Research and Development Studies.

My career objective is to provide strategic administrative and Marketing skills as well as monitoring and evaluation knowledge to individuals, organizations and broad global community structures for sustainable development; ensuring clients get full satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. I am also fluent in English and Kiswahili, which enables me to communicate clearly and effectively and offer excellent client services.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER from 10/2018 - Bamburi Cement Limited, Mombasa, Kenya

                  Duties I performed:-

Provide support and solution to customers in liaison with Area Sales Manager and Trade Development teams regarding the progress of client’s problems relayed.

Ensure customers are well informed on status of their individual orders which enhanced optimal productivity.

Product presentation and demonstrations to customers in their respective location in conjunction with Bamburis' structural engineer where mobile lab is in question.

Provide assistance to existing customer or new once to gain access to Bamburi’s Countrywide retail network.

Recruiting new customers and full proposition clients to the Maskani Initiative and provide assistance on how they can gain access to the best quality building materials.

Selling different Cement brands to the existing and new customers on the ground, ensuring that the initiative targets are met in terms of monthly commitments and in accordance to the signed contract

Consistently maintained and grew revenue and profit margins with strategic planning and surpassing the targets by far.

Opening new accounts to Contractors, Developers and individual home builders for bulk purchases of cement which in return creates customer centric culture to the initiative hence good margin to the Organization.

Preparation of the departmental daily, weekly and monthly reports to guide in management decisions.

Ensure periodic follow up of our existing clientele.

Managed account portfolio of 100 and above customers while prospecting more than 3 new leads each week.
