Iam currently working as collection officer at Newark frontiers limited Nanyuki branch. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Marketing of companies product and policies 
Leads conversion-these includes identifying potential clients and converting them to new clients 
On-boarding of new clients- The is filling the clients forms through oral questioners and late feeding information into the system
Clients appraisals- clients are careful assessed on how their business is operating and further educating them for further  improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities 
Demand and enforce repayment of the assigned portfolio and achieve set targets.
To key in follow up interactions on all accounts.
To follow up on zero payments.
Customer follow up.
In charge of defaults between 30-45th day
Collections of all active loans
Ensure loans are cleared on or before the due day.
Champion of retention and repeat clients (active clients)
Ensure proper asset listing and valuation are done.
Provide pin locations for clients.
Ensure proper appraisal of business and home is done.
Daily execution of debt follow-up by phone, visits, and recovery.
