2022      June – 2023 May. I worked at African Development Bank. It is a multilateral development finance institution financing African governments and private companies investing in the regional member countries.

As the IT User Support Assistant, I was tasked with providing support services to all requests and incidents which require technical intervention related to software applications, computing, network & telecommunications hardware/software as well as the general client computing environment. Contribute to the deployment and adoption of the Bank applications and provide end -user training, assistance and support projects.

2018      September – 2021 September. I worked for Church World Service, Resettlement Support Center – Africa which is a United States of America NGO - Resettlement Support Center for resettling Refugees to USA. As the IT Support Specialist – Helpdesk Administrator, I led a team of two IT Officers to deliver, among many more, resolution of all IT requests with impeccable SLAs.

2013 July – 2018 August. I was employed by Westcon-Comstor Group – Africa which is a value-added distributor of category-leading unified communications, network infrastructure, datacenter and security solutions with a global network of specialty resellers.

As the Assistant IT Manager - Africa, 2017 Jan to 2018 August and IT Assistant - Africa, July 2013 to 2017 January. I was promoted to fulfil a broad range of IT functions, including tire 2 user support, generating reports from ERP (MS AX) database, automation of reports, active participation in EMEA Infrastructure projects among many more duties. In both capacities I have managed to initiate and maintain dynamic information systems that cater for Westcon Africa and UK day to day transactions and needs.

Masters in Information Security and Digital Forensics.
