My experience is receiving stocks from deliveries, recording on the ERP system, and verifying that all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase order and the agreed quantity has been received. I was also responsible for monitoring periodic automatic reorder levels and taking inventory regularly to avoid stockouts and to ensure proper and optimal levels.

My last workstation was a workshop, where I was also responsible for issuing job cards, recording and posting them on the ERP system, and supporting the finance department in getting the correct entries for invoicing.
