Wilson has professional experience in conducting hydrogeological, geo-technical, seismological, and geophysical studies on water projects, as well as mapping, monitoring, and evaluating groundwater. He has experience in coordinating and administering hydrogeological functions and is skilled in formulating and reviewing policies on hydrogeology. Wilson is proficient in computer applications and is comfortable using a variety of software and tools in his work. He has strong communication skills and is able to work effectively in a team environment.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is registered with the Geological Society of Kenya as a graduate geologist. His education has provided him with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of geology, including hydrogeology, which is the study of the movement, distribution, and quality of water in the Earth's subsurface.
