My current and past positions in enterprise development have exposed me to hands-on experience and well-rounded knowledge and skills in beneficiary recruitment, coordinating beneficiary interview process, training needs assessment and eligibility, the best form of intervention, offering training, managing the project deliverables, monitoring the impact of the social assistance and carrying out social assessment and keeping track of environmental risk faced by the community.
