Create specific strategies for easier and effective execution of projects 
• Maintain contacts with potential stakeholders who may be interested in investing 
in projects 
• Organize proper project planning, activities’ work plans and financial plans to 
ensure smooth delivery of activities, outputs and indicators, in line with the 
approved budget, in close coordination with the project team.
• Develop and strengthened supplier and bid contracts' relationships
• Maintain current understanding of pricing structures, market conditions and trends 
in industry.
• Provide training and capacity building to a variety of partners and stakeholders 
whenever needed.
• Properly document the achievements and lessons learned of the project activities 
and support the dissemination to partners and stakeholders, collecting and drawing 
conclusions from current and past projects to improve and strengthen current and 
future programing.
• Support the research of new donors and funding opportunities to support the 
development and expand the funds’ portfolio of Regional office, both locally and 
internationally.
• Support the development of feasibility studies, assessments, concept papers, 
project proposal development in accordance with country strategy, taking into 
consideration integrated approaches

Lead in overall planning and design of projects and Regional Cluster Coordinator
• Participate the tendering process including pre-qualifying contractors, evaluations 
and awards and prepare tender documents for construction works including 
technical drawings, specifications of works, Bills of Quantities and conditions of 
contracts Review contract claims, analyze and recommend variation orders
• Provide technical input in the general supervision, progress of construction 
activities and control of quality of materials and workmanship. 
• Ensure that procurement, development and distribution of materials and equipment 
are timely and according to procedures. 
• Carry out informal and formal training sessions to staff and beneficiaries 
(according to identified needs). 
• Ensure documentation of project progress is ongoing and integrate sound M&E 
procedures in all aspects of the project. 
• Monitor, evaluate and ensure that the project activities are consistent with plans 
and budget lines and NRC’s policy and standards 
• Implement delegated CC project portfolio according to plan of action. 
• Prepare periodic reports and develop status reports as required by management.
• Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and assess new 
and better ways to assist 
• Coordinate with relevant actors (clusters, government, agencies and other 
stakeholders). 
• Participate in community mobilization involving and informing communities and 
community leaders about the activities 

Preparation of drawings AutoCAD, BOQ/cost estimates, detailed implementation 
work plans for planned activities. 
• Preparation of weekly, monthly work plans, technical report, field trip reports and 
construction progress, completion reports for projects and project manager 
detailing all project matters including quality, health, safety, environmental, 
financial as well as any issues relating to possible delays, cost overruns, variations 
and any other matter as agreed with the Project Manager. 
• Supervise and be responsible for all the technical aspect for project 
implementation and make sure that contractors complete project work in a 
progress and quality for on time delivery. 
• Ensures that contract terms are understood and respected by the contractors. 
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the construction site of schools and ensure 
adherence to quality, standards, work design and technical specifications. 
• Working closely Program Manager and coordinator in identifying, assessing, 
planning, designing and implementing water projects in the area of responsibility 
and monitors the impact of these projects. 
• Work with colleagues and partners to discuss strategies and methodologies for the 
achievement of WASH output results in the programme. 
• Provide technical and operational support throughout all stages of programming 
processes and ensure integration coherence and harmonization of WASH with 
other sectors for the achievement of the WASH output results with due 
consideration of climate resilient programme requirements. 
• Draft assigned sections of the annual work planning close cooperation with 
government and other partners 
• Advise the emergency focal point and sector partners on innovative ways to 
enhance WASH facility sustainability and hygiene promotion for behavior change
