We are a fast-growing tech startup redefining how people and businesses access unique spaces in Kenya.We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Brand & Operations Intern who is ready to sit at the intersection of customer experience, logistics, and digital storytelling.
As an early-stage team, we don't believe in "coffee-running" internships.You will be on the front lines, managing the heartbeat of our marketplace:
the connection between our space providers and the individuals or businesses who need them.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Matchmaking
The Bridge:
Serve as a point of contact for incoming booking requests.
You will handle calls and messages from users looking for spaces and coordinate directly with our host partners to confirm availability and logistics.
Customer Success:
Guide first-time users through the booking process.
Conflict Resolution:
Proactively manage scheduling overlaps or logistical hitches to ensure a seamless experience for both sides.
- Brand & Social Media
Content Creation:
Assist in capturing or curating high-quality visuals of our listed spaces.
Community Engagement:
Manage daily interactions on social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), responding to comments and inquiries with our brand voice.
Storytelling:
Help draft captions and "Space Spotlights" that highlight the unique value of the locations on our platform.
- General Administration
Database Management:
Keep our provider listings up to date with accurate pricing, high-res photos, and current contact info.
Reporting:
Track weekly booking trends and feedback to help the founders improve the platform.

You have a "radio-ready" phone voice and can write professional yet friendly emails/messages. You enjoy talking to people.

You are the person who has a spreadsheet for everything. You don't let details slip through the cracks.

You thrive in a "startup" environment. When a problem arises, you look for a solution before asking for permission.
The Tech-Savvy Creative:
You are comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Excel and Google Workspace. You understand what makes a social media post "scroll-stopping."
