Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Ruiru, Kenya. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote the company's property ownership solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their queries.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools (CRM) and basic computer applications is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
