 I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Wananchi Group. Among other responsibilities, I coordinate the training of the field engineers,ensure good quality of work and services done by the engineers, engineer’s safety and regulatory programs to maintain a systematic and continuous team-based approach to quality and compliance within the company’s quality assurance policy. Before joining Wananchi group,i did Airtel sites audits and prepare reports on the same for five years.

I also oversee and manage the implementation of the company's installation and support projects by the contractor to ensure that the SLA is met,provide 1st.and 2nd.level technical support on the services offered to customers by Zuku both onsite and remotely by diagnosing  and resolving faults on the network devices such as routers switches, cable modems, decoders and any other network appliances at the customers' premises,ensuring good quality of service is enjoyed by the customers and that stable network performance and availability is the reality. Ensuring minimal network down time by making sure that network faults are attended to as soon as they occur and stock of network accessories and devices are available at all times are also some of my responsibilities.
