I recently came across the posting for the digital content creator at your company and wanted to reach out to you, as a social media manager professional with 4 years’ experience; I understand what it takes to meet the needs of my targeted audiences, as well as come up with new strategies to improve the platforms from customers’ feedbacks.

I am a graduate from Multimedia University in Kenya with a diploma in Film Production and animation. Besides social media management; I also have an experience in video editing and videography which is a bonus for video content creation. Adobe suit editing tools such as premier pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator are my key editing tools for both images and videos. I am also familiar with DaVinci resolve and final cut.  I’m fluent in key social media platforms, with emphasis on Twitter, Facebook,  Tiktok  and Instagram. My exceptional written communication skills allow me to craft eye catching tweets and posts that inspire user engagement and improve traffic.

My voluntary program at Voice of God Church has diversified my social media skills, I am comfortable with Hootsuite and Buffer hence I have an experience managing a regular content schedule. I have also worked with social media analytic tools like Crimson hexagon, and I’m familiar with analyzing data and semantics in platforms like YouTube and Instagram. From the data collected, I am able to successfully strategize future social media campaigns.

Besides my passion for social media management and content creation, I’m inherently a social person.  I enjoy interacting and creating positive relationships with consumers from different backgrounds; which comes in handy when executing social media campaigns regardless of the target demographic.  I am confident that my abilities and experience in the film production world will allow me to perform excellently as the editor and social media manager for your institution.
