• Maintaining and fostering excellent working relationships with retailers and suppliers by efficiently responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices and shipments.
• Creating, implementing, and reviewing supply chain strategies through analysis of marketing intelligence reports and shipping and delivery data.
• Planning, implementing and overseeing supply chain operations and strategies in line with internal and external standard practices and regulations.
• Analyzing data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues and collaborating with team members and line managers to devise solutions.

• Preparing and presenting the department's report on supply chain and logistical operations for Board review and strategic planning.
• Overseeing adherence and compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
