I have studied bachelor of technology in hotel and hospitality management with training at an hotel set-up.I am a vibrant, resilient and committed individual. I enjoy doing my work that I am assigned to and do it diligently. I have a sense of integrity and good time management. I also like meeting new people and create good network with diverse cultures.I am a team player and ever smiling.

• I was an intern at Reef Hotel in Mombasa for six months.I have good communication skills both verbal and written through front office operations training which gained me an experience in customer service and how to use front desk softwares.
• I am reserved and have problem solving skills through serving guests who react different in different situations.
• I can create customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by meeting their needs accordingly.
