I am a seasoned Risk, Security, and Compliance professional with over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and consultancy. My expertise spans risk assessment, governance, anti-corruption, and crisis management, and I have worked extensively across both public and private sectors.
I began my career with the Kenya National Police Service (1995–2005), where I led investigations, coordinated emergency and counter-terrorism operations, and collaborated with government agencies to combat organized crime and enhance public safety.
Later, as Chief Security Officer at Mombasa Millers Ltd (2016–2022), I established and managed corporate security and compliance frameworks, conducted risk assessments and audits, supervised a team of over 50 security personnel, and strengthened organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Since 2022, I have worked as a Security & Risk Management Consultant, designing security and compliance frameworks, conducting risk audits, delivering training on crisis response and conflict prevention, and advising organizations on governance and anti-corruption strategies.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strategic leadership, operational effectiveness, and strong stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to operate in high-pressure and complex environments while improving institutional integrity and resilience.

 I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, complemented by specialized professional training in Security Management, Risk Assessment, Investigations, and Emergency Response. This multidisciplinary background equips me to apply international security standards, law enforcement principles, and operational risk management strategies effectively in complex and dynamic environments.
