I hold a Diploma in Business Management with administration, customers service and human resource experience, passionate about AI technology in the finance field, reading, learning programming languages, and maintaining work-life balance.
I am always passionate to identify problem and try find a suitable solution for it, especially in the customer service and administrative lines of work. I am good at keeping time and keeping my team bonded for long without any struggle.
Besides my professional life, I am an ardent individual exploring new cultures through travel. I believe this has enriched my perspective and taught me the value of empathy and resilience. I am excited about the future and eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to new and challenging projects.
Experience
My major professional experience was when I was working as an Account Assistant intern in the Ministry of Economic and Development Planning, Bungoma County- Bumula Sub-County where I was delegated book keeping, Cashbook balancing, License generation for new businesses and Petty Cash invoice management. These roles required collaborating with team members to manage tight deadlines and effectively communicate with both the Licensing Office and other crucial stakeholders. I tackled various book keeping and Customer service tasks during my tenure, which honed my problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The experience provided me with a deep understanding of business development processes, Customer experiences and team cohesion from initial design to deployment, and reinforced the importance of delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions. My time there significantly enhanced my technical abilities, my hands-on subdue and my capacity to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
Education
I hold a Diploma in Business Management, where I developed a strong foundation in Administration, human resource, office organization and software financial accounts. My studies focused on administration, Customer service and finance, leading me to work on several related projects. This academic background equipped me with the technical skills and knowledge necessary for tackling both customer and administration challenges and staying updated with the latest technological advancements in finance and customer experience. My education has been instrumental in preparing me for a successful career in the business and finance industry, providing both theoretical and practical insights into modern business world that is ever changing day in day out.
