Customer satisfaction is my precedence in direct and after sales servicing. I attained certificate of competency on sales soft skills in distributorship as well as sales sops [standard operating Procedures] for sales executives [DSF] from Microsoft mobile phone division. I am a team player, fast learner, dedicated and carry a great aptitude of employers’ satisfaction. 

I am a sale manager with over 5years in sales execution with management, I posses skills in distributorship that I acquired from Midcom limited and Huawei technology Kenya company limited where I worked a Territory sales manager. I am a holder of diploma in business management from University of Nairobi and sales management from Alison education center, CPD certified program 

I studied Business management and administration from University of Nairobi, I acquired skills on how to manage business entities including marketing planning as well as sales management from Alison education center,  acquiring skills on sales presentation approach, Business ethics, Understanding customers, Handling sales objections among others.
