WINNY TELEWA

Having graduated with a degree in commerce and currently pursuing CPA, I have been in attachment on multiple times at several organizations where my expertise has been of great value and service. I had experience as an attaché working as an accountant at the Ministry of Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development in West Pokot County. I was assigned several duties, including; preparation of payment vouchers and imp rests, ensuring effective requisitions and distribution of funds for implementation of ministry activities and maintaining the accounting records. I have also managed to work as a Merchandiser at Koko Networks where my roles have been to track inventory levels, report any issue or shortages to management, and ensure shelves of retail stores are stocked with products and displaying them accordingly.. I am a good listener, approachable, confident, and open-minded, yet respectful and empathetic; I value feedback and                             open honest relationships and communication whether with superiors or juniors. I value open healthy communication, honesty, and humor at work. I am self-confident, proactive, outspoken, and committed to getting the job done. I also try to maintain a positive attitude at all times. I believe in and try to practice servant leadership.

 

I have worked as an accountant on voluntary basis at the Kisumu Central Sub county treasury and also as a customer service representative at Koko Networks. 

I have a bachelor of commerce from Kisii University and currently pursuing CPA at KCA university
