I have over two years of experience in customer service, where I’ve handled high volumes of customer inquiries through email and live chat, resolved product and billing issues, and maintained strong client relationships. I’ve worked with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Slack. In addition, I’ve worked as a freelance data annotator and speech moderator, where I trained AI models, performed quality checks, and enforced content guidelines. My background also includes roles in sales and marketing, giving me a well-rounded skill set in communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. Both programs equipped me with strong communication, analytical, and customer engagement skills that are essential in customer service and support roles.
