making calls to and receiving from customers among other duties relevant to a customer care employee as
well as performing daily activities as might be directed.

policies. Assisting customers in resolving issues,
answering questions, and addressing concerns in a
timely and professional manner.

 Problem Resolution: Identifying and analyzing
customer problems or complaints and taking
appropriate actions to resolve them. Utilizing
effective problem-solving techniques and
escalating complex issues to higher levels of
management, if necessary.
 Complaint Handling: Handling customer
complaints and grievances with empathy and
professionalism. Listening actively to understand
customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions,
and following up to ensure satisfaction.
