I am Experienced Accountant with 11years hands on experience. The experience I have gained over the years has seen me gain diverse skills and enabled me grow exponentially in my career. My experience is premised on FMCG Manufacturing packaging and distribution companies as well as Construction company. Also have great exposure in general trade management.
My aspiration is to work with a dynamic organization that requires creative thinking, problem solving and efficiency as Senior accountant.

Highlights of my achievements:
1. While at Renova limited the company had cash flow challenges and as a result of this it was highly geared towards financing its operations. The root cause was delayed payments from big construction projects. Was able to streamline operations that led to effective collection of funds on time. Also contributed to improved relationship with the bank and enabled the company to negotiate a favorable and cost effective facility with the bank that helped us finance and complete our projects on time.
2. Also at the same company was able to identify the Limitations of QuickBooks in handling the expanded business processes and advised the management to acquire SAP which became the game changer in operations and on time report generations.
3. At Kamili packers limited I was able to identify challenges with inventory management where there was massive duplication of inventory item and non-uniform inventory item codes. Also the inventory numbers of system and physical wasn’t matching and was able to streamline that. 
There was a challenge with SAP foreign currency configuration which lead to a substantial exchange differences as portrayed in the General ledger and the trial balances figures. Was able to solve the puzzle and the accounts balanced.
4. At Salim wazaran Indomie Kenya Limited I developed effective open filling system which made retrieval of invoices easy and enhanced management of archived invoices and other documents.
