Dear sir/madam

    Over the years since i completed my diploma in civil engineering from jomokenyatta university i have worked in various capacities i directed and coordinated activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, facilities, and systems. As a clerk of works i participated in the conceptual development of the works program , scheduling, and implementation of various works. I Scheduled works in logical steps  budget time required to meet deadlines, I  Inspected and reviewed construction to monitor compliance with building code ,safety codes .

             I  supervised workers, contractors; sub-contractors .I lay down job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. I  Selected, contracted, and oversow contractors who complete specific or  all pieces of the project . I prepared and submited progress report .I  developed and implemented quality control programs and took actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies and discussed and resolved matters such as work procedures, complaints, and any other problems.

           I planned, organized, and directed activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems ,roads, i Investigated damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out for delivery of the project on time. I  evaluated construction methods and determined cost-effectiveness of plans, using computers In conjunction with the office of the architect/Quantity surveyor  to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures and reporting any deviations to the architect and Engineer. I  Performed other functions as maybe tasked by the board of directors.

I do have a university Diploma in civil engineering i graduated April 2000 from Jomokenyatta  university ,Im well conversant with  General networking in internet computers, ms word, ms excell, power-BI, ive done environmental engineering, human resource development ,I've also studied units in survey Q-GIS,Statistics, mathematics, economics
