I currently work as a contractor within a dynamic media organization, I have played a pivotal role in transforming the organization's approach to product management. I have implemented structured frameworks for each product, enabling a clear understanding of the product vision, target audience, positioning, and differentiation strategies. By conducting extensive market research, defining our value proposition, and creating a business model canvas, I have laid a solid foundation for effective product management. 
 

One of my work highlights is presenting a compelling value proposition for one of our products to the board of directors. Gaining their buy-in was crucial in aligning stakeholders and facilitating the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap. The roadmap has given our engineers and designers a clear direction and a shared understanding of achieving our goals. Witnessing the joy of having a North Star and a clear pathway to success has been incredibly rewarding.
