I am also highly adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies to enhance the customer experience.

I have been a customer Experience Manager with XADO East Africa. I worked with them for one year. Before that i had been a Logistics and Operations manager with a Logistics company. I also have worked as a business support officer for Netwrap Consulting Ltd for a few years.
