 Accounts Executive May 2018 – August 2019 CDL SECONDED TO L’OREAL, GETRUDES HOSPITAL, MP SHAH HOSPITAL, HFC BANK Key Responsibilities: • Maintaining books of accounts to ensure that all transactions are recorded and filled. • Posting transactions onto the Quick Books Accounting System. Caroline Muthoni Wanjiru: Resume • Reconciliation of bank deposits versus the sales proceeds reported a daily basis. • Submitting statutory monthly returns to the appropriate bodies. • Participating in the preparation for external annual audit by preparing audit schedules. • Overseeing petty cash transactions on daily basis. • Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. • Adherence to Legal regulations. • Participating in the internal audit and stock take in various company branches. • Ensure all the suppliers have been paid. • Complete Operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work. • Manage and update contract renewal, evaluation and probation.
