1.Assist customers with downloads, printing, scanning, attaching and emailing
    documents.

 2. Monitor use of computers, media equipment, printing equipment and other machines
     to ensure compliance with café policies and applicable laws and regulations.

3.Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers,
   switches, firewalls etc.)
 4.Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,
    patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
