Position: Software QA Test Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities. 

 Designing/Creating & executing test cases, test plans alongside QA lead guidelines.  Executing manual test scripts and identifying product defects.  Creating automated scripts and operating test tools.  Debugging and in-depth triaging of logged defects.  Testing machines and system configuration for compatibility testing.  Testing environments deployment and troubleshooting issues.  Engaging with software developers on resolving identified issues.  Analyzing and submitting reports of test results.  Suggesting user experience improvements & feedback to the development.  Documenting failed issues, Reported bugs and errors to development teams

Education

2014 - 2018: Bachelor of science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Second class Honors.
